We are currently recruiting for ADepT +, a study looking at a talking therapy programme for adults (18+) with depression alongside difficulties managing emotions, relationships or sense of self. Together these difficulties are called ‘complex depression’.

The study is taking place in Devon, sponsored by the University of Exeter. It is funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research. To find out more about the study, and how to take part, visit ADepT + page

A bit more about us...

We are a service that is funded by the NHS and hosted by the University of Exeter. Working in collaboration with eachother we offer treatments to adults across Devon specialising in depression and other mood disorders. Our main treatment is Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) which we offer regularly throughout the year in a number of locations across Devon. We also offer new novel treatments associated with the research we are conducting within the department. For more information about our current treatments please visit our website.
