🎃TRICK OR TREAT🎃
but don’t forget to brush your teeth!!

-ALWAYS brush twice a day🪥
-Use floss and tepes DAILY, don’t let the sugars hide inbetween your brace and your teeth.
-Choose carefully, hard and sticky sweets run the risk of cavities and hurting your teeth and braces!🦷
-Drink water to flush any nasties away after snacking🍬

Ho-Ho-Ho! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from all of us at Exeter Orthodontics!

We will be briefly closing our doors for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day to enjoy the festivities.

But don’t worry! We’ll be back in the practice on 27th, 28th, and 29th December, with limited availability for any dental emergencies that might pop up amidst your Christmas pudding and holiday roasts!

We look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.

We were asked to make our own Christmas tree decoration as part of Portman's Christmas challenge! Our brilliantly creative receptionist, Maureen pulled out all the stops with this marvellous Christmas turkey - fashioned from a variety of different dental equipment going spare.

We at EOP are beyond proud of Jon, who finished the Windermere One Way challenge on Saturday! Despite the competition being officially called off due to severe weather, Jon swam 11 miles in 6 hours 15 minutes and raised £4,055 for the Wave Project in the process.
A great cause, and a fantastic achievement. Well done Jon!
