Happy Winter Solstice ☀️. Today is the shortest day and longest night. It marks the start of the return if the light. I will be lighting a white 🕯 to celebrate Winter Solstice. In a few weeks the days will definitely feel longer 😊

Bit late posting this but hey, that's life! I love Autumn. Bit shocked this morning when there was ice on my car! But otherwise a beautiful Autumnal day - blue sky & crisp chill in the air 💙. Looking forward to lots of leaf crunching walks & too many photos of trees 😂 Happy Autumn 🍂 🍁

Summer is a great time to practice this as the weather is usually warmer and drier. Find a nice spot & close your eyes. Feel the sun's warmth, the wind, listen to the birds or the rustling of leaves. Feel the ground beneath your feet. Notice any smells. Just be in nature 🧘‍♀️🌳🌷
