What we aim to do here at The Sanctuary is to help you by offering a range of different treatments to make you feel better able to cope with life's up's and down's to give a sense of relaxation , healing or a pick me up. The most important thing is aswell as loving others love yourself for when we love ourselves it opens us up for others to love us . Love every day of the year not just one February 14th .

Morning my lovely Angels I hope your all enjoying the sunshine. I just wanted to ask us all to think about words and how powerful they are. Words are like seeds once said they are planted and begin to grow what we attach to them decides how they effect others as well as ourselves so please choose your words wisely and spread love and kindness .
I came across this and wanted to share this mothers words . Life is eternal along with love.
