Susan offers Instructor Training to complementary therapists and reflexologists which carry CPD points with the FHT. There is also training for professionals who would like to offer Susan's work as a USP within their setting. Susan is passionate about her work. She has trained many instructors across the UK to deliver her fun workshops to parents and teach them basic reflexology skills and techniques which are valuable life skills and can be used as an empowerment tool any time and any where with their own children. Based on Susan's interactive reflexology children's story books, the programme engages children with rhyme, song, music, story, colour and lovable animal characters to help both parents and children to remember the reflexology. Parent courses are not only about building bonds with children but within the community too. This is an important and integral part of community structure and so valuable for many parents who feel isolated either as a new parent, parent of a child with an additional need or perhaps a parent who is new to the area. Susan's work is award winning and in 2016 she was awarded Highly Commended Complementary Therapist of the Year in the prestigious FHT Excellence Awards. Reflexology for children is a wonderful therapy that is non-invasive, gentle and very powerful. This wonderful therapy is equally as important to parents as baby massage and it is time it was recognised as such.
