What can you do, with love and kindness, for yourself or someone else this season?
The Christmas season can be especially difficult to navigate, particularly for those experiencing grief, loss, or family challenges. I invite you to pause and gently ask yourself:

"Where could I add a little love today?”

💙 Perhaps it’s helping a neighbor or friend with a task they’ve been carrying alone. Maybe it’s offering a warm drink or meal to someone in need, or writing a heartfelt thank-you note, or allowing yourself a day of rest and self-care. It may also be as simple and meaningful as lighting a candle in memory of a loved one who is no longer with us.

Every act, no matter how small, carries significance. During this season, kindness, remembrance, and compassion are deeply needed, and each thoughtful gesture helps create moments that truly matter. 💙

This week it's grief awareness week to remind us all that grief has no timeline and we will all experience grief at some point in our lives. Listening with compassion, offering practical support when necessary, and being there to hold their hand can help your loved one whose experiencing grief.
For anyone experiencing grief, it can be a hard journey to travel along, especially during Christmas season. Remember to go gently with yourself. I send my love to you all during these hards times.
