🙏 Always a blessing to receive lovely feedback ~ Bowen doesn’t expect you to come in constantly for treatments, this treatment is about getting your system to rebalance, repair adjust on its own, although it can feel so beneficial that many like to have top ups every now and then 😌

🌿 Having a Bowen therapy myself yesterday reminded me of how powerful the Bowen move is on the entire nervous system, how such targeted and isolated moves enable the brain to register and communicate with the body to encourage change and rebalance.
🌿 The gaps or pauses that make Bowen such a unique therapy give space for the body to adapt and reset in its own way. I can only describe feeing clearer and in my own body after a treatment, which is why it works so well with a somatic approach to healing.
🌿 Thanks for the wonderful treatment yesterday 🙌
