A Little Enhancement Medical Aesthetics Health and Wellness Clinic. We are Obagi Medical Ambassadors and can treat a wide range of skin concerns.

We are an award winning clinic that specialises in Medical Aesthetics, which includes facial injectables, with a particular focus on full face rejuvenation. Astra and Holly are both Independent Nurse Prescribers and have been practising within the specialism for over 7 years. Astra also co owns a training academy where she teaches other Drs and Nurses Medical Aesthetics and sits on a panel as an advisor for aesthetics complications for the U.K., she also sits on the board for the International College of Aesthetics Nurses representing the South West. Holly practises Aesthetics part time and is a Nurse Practitioner in A&E, Holly has worked all over the U.K. at some very prestigious high profile clinics including Harley Street. We also offer a wide range of in clinic skin treatments including Obagi facials, chemical peels, aqua gold micro needling infusion facials and the Envy facial, all these treatments are carried out by our highly qualified aesthetician and skin therapist Emily. We all pride ourselves on giving you “A Little Enhancement”.

As we close for the festive period, we just want to say the biggest thank you to every single one of you who has trusted us with your face, your skin, and your wellbeing this year.

We never take that trust lightly it truly means everything to us 🤍

Last night we celebrated together as a team marking both a farewell and an exciting new chapter. We’re saying goodbye to our lovely Nurse Holly, and we’re also welcoming Louise who will be joining us in the new year as our Clinical Operations Lead.

2026 is already looking to be a very exciting year for A Little Enhancement and we can’t wait to share what we’re building for you focused on results, education, and long-term skin health.
