A Little Enhancement Medical Aesthetics Health and Wellness Clinic. We are Obagi Medical Ambassadors and can treat a wide range of skin concerns.

We are an award winning clinic that specialises in Medical Aesthetics, which includes facial injectables, with a particular focus on full face rejuvenation. Astra and Holly are both Independent Nurse Prescribers and have been practising within the specialism for over 7 years. Astra also co owns a training academy where she teaches other Drs and Nurses Medical Aesthetics and sits on a panel as an advisor for aesthetics complications for the U.K., she also sits on the board for the International College of Aesthetics Nurses representing the South West. Holly practises Aesthetics part time and is a Nurse Practitioner in A&E, Holly has worked all over the U.K. at some very prestigious high profile clinics including Harley Street. We also offer a wide range of in clinic skin treatments including Obagi facials, chemical peels, aqua gold micro needling infusion facials and the Envy facial, all these treatments are carried out by our highly qualified aesthetician and skin therapist Emily.
