You seem 'fine' to everyone else, but I know how hard you’re paddling beneath the surface. 🦢
If we met for coffee in town today, on the final day of 2025, you’d probably look like you have it all under control. You’re the one holding it together at work, managing the family, and showing up for everyone else.
But as we stand on the edge of a new year, be honest: underneath the surface, are you still paddling furiously just to stay afloat?
This is "The Swan Effect." It’s exhausted men, women and young people trying to hold it all together while secretly crippled by anxiety, stress and self doubt.
During 2025, I’ve dedicated much of my time to training others NLP—teaching the science of how we change. It's been incredibly rewarding. But as I reflect on what truly lights me up for 2026, I feel a strong pull to do more of what I love the most. My passion, and my commitment for the year ahead, is doing the deep, transformative, one-to-one work with you.
So, in 2026, I am opening up more dedicated spaces for 1:1 clients who are ready to finally stop paddling and start gliding with calm and grace through life's ups and downs.
I combine Clinical Hypnotherapy with Behaviour Change Coaching to help you:

I currently have space for new clients starting this January at The Practice Rooms in Exeter (or online).
