Trick & a Treat 🎃 ...After a morning of NLP tricks, helping a client clear their fear, I enjoyed an afternoon of treats with my fellow foodie friend Carl.

🍂 Walking at the weekend, I noticed leaves falling in beautiful autumn shades 🍁, even though the weather still felt like 🌞

It made me realise I used to believe trees shed their leaves only when it gets cold—that their environment dictates when they change.

But what if that's wrong? What if the shift comes from their own innate wisdom? A tree doesn't think about when to transform; it simply acts from a deep, internal rhythm.

And then I thought about how we often wait for an external signal or a crisis before we allow ourselves to change. But the truth is, the most powerful and sustainable transformation is self-directed.

So don't wait for your environment to force the change. Know that your power is internal. Embrace that innate wisdom and start shedding what no longer serves you.

It started as a joke but I think it could catch on... isn't what we're really searching for afterall?

I had a 💡 moment, that everything I do to help clients is about; stripping back layers of unresolved emotions, unhealthy habits, negative mindset and past traumatic experiences that actually stop us from experiencing joy.

When clients let go of the afore mentioned, they stop beating themselves with the proverbial stick and life starts feeling really "yummy" 🥕

Why I don't offer single sessions... because expectations get in the way.

After 12 years in the business I know, as a Transformative Coach, that single sessions rarely achieve the result the client wants or needs.

The client, and the Coach/Therapist, put so much pressure on themselves for it to work that their head is full of noise about it working or not, rather than being present in the session.

With a minimum of 3 sessions I can help move the client from where they are to where they want to be, and yes sometimes it can take more, but not usually more than 10 in my experience.

If you've been carry this stress, trauma, unhealthy habits for years, what's a few more hours of investment to change it for the long term?

August Free Hypnotherapy Download: Permission to Pause

Day 6 of your holiday and you're finally beginning to relax, just in time to go home. Sound familiar?

That used to be my reality, too. So this month, I've given myself Permission to Pause. You might've noticed I've been a bit quiet on social media, and that's why—I promised myself I would take some time off in August. A good friend even gave me a "permission slip" to do it.

Having a busy mind makes it so hard to switch off. I used to go on holiday and it would be the sixth or seventh day before I finally felt relaxed... right when I had to start thinking about going back to work!
