Hope everyone is managing to have a Happy Nee Year so far! Whilst the lockdown persists and when the weather allows keep exercising!!! Lots of confinement behind laptops for long hours does not help stress levels. Exercise, even going for a walk for 30 minutes is proven to help with sleep/mood/concentration. Besides, a little blast of vit D won’t hurt either.
If you can’t exercise because of aches and pains, see me. I’m still open as usual, with obvious Covid measures.
