Having a clear Marketing strategy can ease some of the stress & help you breathe that little bit deeper - practice what you preach right? 🧘‍♀️

If you are in the Wellness Industry, it’s so important to practice what you preach; be present by living in the moment, honour your mind & body by slowing down & cultivate compassion for yourself.

By doing this, you will find it easier to reflect as you are giving your brain the space it needs to refocus & get creative!

Around 50% of IG accounts have less that 1k followers - it’s whether those followers are actively converting into sales or are engaging in your come t that really matters!

Evergreen Content is content that is always relevant, is engaging, educational & will hang around for years so you can repurpose it.

For your business, this might look like, glossaries, how-to guides, checklists, hacks, quotes, testimonials etc, & could take the form of videos, blogs, vlogs, info-graphics, reels etc!

So get creative this Christmas 🎄 , get those SAVES & ramp up your engagement…

Hands up if you often get “content burnout” ?! 😰

It’s super common & we all go through it at some point, so don’t beat yourself up!

First thing to ask yourself is, have I got a content strategy?
How are you building your brand & making sales strategically?

Once you have this down, you can then begin to create a content plan.

I recommend spending a couple of hours a month planning your content for the whole month. This way you can batch write whilst keeping everything on brand & specific to your niche. Schedule in a combo of Reels, Photos, Infographics, Stories & Videos so that you can get the most engagement possible & boom - no more content block!

🤓 Your bio is way more important that you think, so make sure you put some time in to optimising with these 5 hacks:
1) Sprinkle in keywords so that the algorithm is more likely to suggest your page to your target audience
2) Include branded / relevant hashtags (again, this will help drive people towards your account)
3) Use a call to action to direct people off the platform to your site
4) Add a link or multiple links using Linktree
5) Use eye catching emojis / special characters to draw people to read your bio!
