This group offers a gentle and welcoming space for young people who have shared similar experiences to come together, connect, and express themselves through creative activities. It will be facilitated by experienced arts therapists, Sami and Natasha, to support wellbeing, self-expression, and confidence in a safe, non-judgmental environment. No arts experience necessary.
