Welcome to Inner World Counselling 👋🏻

Let’s get to know each other a little… I’ll go first! 🙋🏼‍♀️

My name is Katrina (she/her) and I’m a qualified integrative therapist working in Exeter, Devon. I offer a warm, friendly approach to counselling, providing a non-judgemental, confidential and safe space to talk. 🛋️

Prior to my therapy training I spent 10 years teaching in the UK and Middle East. I was then fortunate enough to travel and learn from different cultures whilst working in the world of wellbeing where I hosted a range of retreats and trainings across the globe. 🧘🏼‍♀️

Since returning to the UK I have worked in a number of counselling organisations on a voluntary and paid basis. Blending my career experiences of working with people at all stages of life has enabled me to offer support to a wide range of challenges in the counselling room. ✨
