Receive messages about your care through the NHS app! 📱🩺
The NHS app lets you receive secure, reliable messages from your GP practice about your healthcare.

How To Turn on NHS App Notifications:

You’re not alone, help is available.
Our PCN Cognition Clinic can help identify the cause of memory concerns and provide information, support, and treatment to help you live independently.

📅 The Cognition Clinic runs on the first Tuesday of every month. The next session will take place on: Tuesday, 6th January 2026.
