March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month 🌸

Ovarian cancer often goes undetected until later stages, making awareness and early detection crucial. Symptoms can be vague but may include bloating, feeling full quickly or loss of appetite, a swollen tummy, changes in urination habits and persistent pelvic or abdominal pain.

1️⃣ Know the symptoms
2️⃣ Listen to your body
3️⃣ Spread awareness

These symptoms are very common and can be caused by many different conditions.
But it's still important to get them checked by a GP. This is because if they're caused by cancer, finding it early can mean it's more treatable. 🩺

But any sign of a stroke is always an emergency. Face or arm or speech, at the first sign, it's time to call 999
