FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK!

For almost a year we lost that buzz of Personal Training in studio amd training outside at BOOTCAMP. Feels so good to be back!

FOOD PREP ๐Ÿคฏ

When we think of food prep, it can be very daunting. The trick is to keep it simple!

This is my go to and can be made with BEEF/TURKEY/VEGGIE mints.

Pack it with all the veg you can (broccoli, green beans, peppers, onion, mushroom, mange tout, courgette etc.

I have cheated in the vid for speed using a branded Bolognese sauce, but try to use chopped or tinned tomatoโ€™s and add your own spices and flavour.

This takes me no more than 45 mins to make and covers me for at least 12 meals per week.

You may want to cook more often and change the recipe for chicken or turkey breast, but I just like to have it done, so it-lasts due to a very busy schedule.

Take that 45 mins - 1 hour out of your week and itโ€™ll save you hours in the week to be more productive in your work, training and general life, whilst feeling great for eating good grub!

If you are on a higher calorie diet, then you can add rice or sweet potato to each portion.

BODYWEIGHT BLITZ!

Just because we are going back to gyms doesnโ€™t mean you should neglect your body weight training!

If you cannot control your body weight, the likelihood you will reach your potential in the gym is doubtful.

So before you start lifting huge weight trying to out lift the bloke on the bench press next to you, or the girl on the treadmill opposite, make sure you have mastered good solid technique and foundations beforehand!

This is a stretching sequence for you guys to follow. I do this religiously on a Sunday morning listening to โ€˜whale noisesโ€™...JOKE! But I do have some relaxing music on haha.

Hold each stretch for at least 2 minutes to allow your muscle to length and release!

This has really helped me in my own training hitting many PBs recently. This was not the only reason why I hit these but it has hugely helped.

If you have enthusiasm for your training and are making progress, FANTASTIC! BUT...Do Not Neglect your recovery. This is so important to your development in the long run!

2 weeks today we are back in action!

Use the next 2 weeks to make a plan and get ready to really make a change to your lifestyle. It has been very easy with gyms closed to get into a lazy mindset. If you have done that donโ€™t wait to start planning.

We have to make the best of this summer so get positive, get active, get healthy and get excited!

ADVANCED PULL UP VARIATIONS

This sequence looks tough, but if your are currently able to do pull ups, with a bit of work you wonโ€™t be far away.

I have always wanted to be able to do a single arm chin up and intend to get this in the near future.

If you want to achieve something, donโ€™t just think about the end goal.

Think about the next thing you need to do to get you a step closer.

Repeat the process and keep moving forward and youโ€™ll keep improving!

Iโ€™m now running sessions for people who specifically want to learn more advanced training exercises like MUSCLE UPS, HANDSTAND PRESS UPS etc, so DM if your interested.

CONSISTENCY OVER EVERYTHING! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

6 STONE LOSS!!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Anyone is capable of putting a shift in for one gym session.

Anyone can do it for a week.

Most people can do it for a month.

A lot of people can do it for 6 months.

Few people can do it for a year.

If you are not consistent in your training you will struggle to reach your true goals. Emma lost 6 stone in total by changing her eating habits, cutting out a once very high sugar diet and implementing 3-4 training days every single week.

Very proud to have worked with Emma for this period of time changing her lifestyle and ha itโ€™s in realistic chunks to reach an eventual goal.

Itโ€™s very important to remember that your goals will always change during this process! That is ok...embrace the change and enjoy the new challenges!

1.5 STONE LOSS! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

A huge well done to over this lockdown period! We were due to start the GYM BASED TRANSFORMATION in January, but due to gyms closing this was not an option. So he decided to go ahead with the HOME BASED program and wow, what great results using just body weight exercises and resistance bands!

Iโ€™m so psyched to get you in the gym mate as I know the gym based phase is going to really progress your physique.

COME THE 12th APRIL I will be re-launching the Transformation programme.

Thank you for your patience to those of you who are signed and ready to rock! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Iโ€™m so excited to have you on board and to help you build a physique you can be proud of!

Iโ€™ve had some great response and support for the course so far. I am still currently working on the app ๐Ÿ“ฒ and am working hard to get this up and running ASAP! Either way you will still receive the same workout/diet plans and support.
