Insomnia - how I can help

For anyone struggling with sleep here’s a review explaining how I am able to help. This client had been struggling with sleep for over 10 years.

It’s really common for clients to tell me that they’ve already tried lots of other things like sleeping tablets, CBT and counselling.

I went in to it not really expecting anything life changing, but since our sessions I'm sleeping better than I have in years and even if I have a bumpy night I now have the tools to deal with it in a much more positive way.

I’ve just heard someone on the radio say a great way to test whether a thought is a good one is to go outside and then see if you still feel the same. He also said that thoughts that come to you are better than the thoughts you go towards.

I love this suggestion and this is often what I find works well for me. So get outside today, let your thoughts come to you and see what great ideas you come up with - the sun is shining it’s the perfect day to try it out! 😎☀️😎☀️

Having posted yesterday about 'Stoptober' for people who want to stop smoking, I remembered that some people are stopping drinking in October for 'Sober October'.

I thought that my blog about 'Dry January' might help any of you who need a bit of extra motivation to get going...
