We provide arts opportunities and arts therapies for young people. We have an arts therapy room at the YES Centre (Youth Enquiry Service) in Exeter and also work in schools, CAMHS units and other places.

Wow half way to fully booked in 48 hours! Calling all schools in Devon! We are really excited to be able to offer our workbooks and training fully funded to you thanks to Devon County Council. Our Arts Therapists will share creative exercises you can use to have conversations about anxiety, wellbeing, stress and self-care with children and young people you work with. We'll send you copies of our workbook in advance and enjoy a 2 hour online training session together to introduce you to using it. We're looking for 15-18 year olds to help us co-design our arts therapy groups and arts activities and would like to come along to a focus group on Sunday 30th November 1-2pm at Exeter Library. They might be someone who has accessed our sessions before or someone who cares about mental health and young people and would like to make a difference. It will be a friendly and relaxed session. We're keen to let University students and their parents/carers know we are here and offer arts psychotherapies for those up to 25 and can help with anxiety, depression, stress, isolation and the pressures of university life.

Alumna Laura Blatherwick (Drama, 2002) is an arts therapist and charity director of the Youth Arts and Health Trust (YAHT) and today, Friday 10 October - World Mental Health Day – the Trust is relaunching.
