Mark and Vanessa McGlade, the Owners/Directors of Home Instead Exeter and East Devon have retired after 15 years. The company, started in 2011 in Budleigh Salterton, has gone from strength to strength and has achieved the milestone of 1 million hours of care delivered in the community.

New owner, Kirsty Cambridge, has taken over as Owner/Director and said "Mark and Vanessa have built something truly extraordinary, and I am committed to protecting and building upon that legacy. What stands out most is the culture - one rooted in dignity, compassion, professionalism and genuine care for one another."
