May I just say thanks for the exceptional care and support your team provided during the funeral arrangements for Mum. You and your team handled everything with immense compassion, professionalism, and sensitivity.

Dealing with her loss has been difficult, but knowing that the logistical details were in your capable hands brought our family great comfort. We particularly appreciated the photo montage, that was lovely tribute to Mum.

The entire day ran so smoothly, allowing us to focus entirely on remembering and celebrating Mum's life. Thank you for making a painful process as stress-free as possible.

I wanted to say a very big thank you on behalf of myself and family, for the very warm and loving service you arranged for our Mum on Tuesday. Thank you for helping us through what was an emotional time with respect, kindness and humour - which is always needed. From arranging Mum's funeral you thoughtfully eased us through to the service, the Tulips were amazing and also Robert who gave such a lovely Eulogy. We will all look back on the service with love and know that our Mum would have approved.
