We’re so pleased to welcome Sabrina to The Exeter Wellbeing Hub as our new Wellbeing Coordinator! 💚🌿

Here’s a little about Sabrina in her own words:

“I’m excited to join the Wellbeing Hub following a long career in the NHS in which I worked in administration and service management. Following a lifelong personal interest in both people and wellbeing, I qualified as a counsellor in 2024 and see clients in private practice, recently also expanding into hypnotherapy and transpersonal coaching for highly sensitive persons. I have a keen interest in all holistic wellbeing—particularly Reiki, in which I’m a practitioner—and believe in the benefits of a mind-body-soul connection. I look forward to joining the community.”

Statistics like this highlight the struggles that men continue to face surrounding mental health and show the need to continue breaking down the stigma.

This week 6263 men attended our free talking groups. That’s 6263 men smashing through the stigma - showing themselves and others that 👌

If you’re struggling right now or just need a safe space to talk, please let this be a sign to access support and get talking.

Any man 18+ is welcome to come along to our free peer-to-peer talking groups which run every Monday 7-9pm (excluding bank holidays).

🧘 Take a 5-Minute Mindful Pause

Step away from your phone or computer, close your eyes, and take slow, deep breaths. Focus on how your body feels and what you can hear. Even a few minutes can help reduce stress and reset your focus.

🚶 Gently move Your Body
