Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital, conveniently located just minutes from Exeter city centre and adjacent to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, is one of the leading providers of healthcare in Devon. The hospital specialises in orthopaedic surgery, building on Exeter’s international reputation in the field. Some of the UK’s top orthopaedic surgeons practise with us, providing the very best care to those undergoing hip, knee, spinal, shoulder or foot and ankle operations. We also have a team of highly trained and trusted consultant plastic surgeons who provide the full range of cosmetic surgical procedures. With 120 consultants from over 30 specialties, we also offer minimally invasive procedures to correct eyesight problems, varicose veins and gynaecological or gastrointestinal disorders to name but a few. Our consultants are supported by state of the art in-house radiology, pathology, pharmacy, physiotherapy and wellbeing services. 💚Mammograms💚

At Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital, we’re committed to giving you fast, reassuring access to breast screening when you need it most. Our breast consultant can provide rapid access to a mammogram, with results delivered quickly and expert guidance available if any abnormalities are found.

We use state‑of‑the‑art mammography technology to support early detection — because catching changes sooner can make a meaningful difference to treatment options and outcomes. Most findings are not serious, but timely screening offers valuable peace of mind.

Women aged 40 and over can also choose our yearly breast screening service, and if you’re over 40 with no symptoms and haven’t had a screen in the last 12 months, you can self‑refer for a private mammogram.

You don’t have to wait to take control of your breast health.
