This isn’t choreography. It’s intuitive guided movement that helps you ground, open, and rise — releasing tension, shifting energy, and reconnecting with yourself through the body, not the mind.
Each class is a journey using music, rhythm, breath, and gentle cues to support emotional release, energetic balance, and embodied calm.
Some days your body moves slowly and softly, other days freely and boldly — all of it is welcome.
