At Elemental, this is what a ‘typical’ course of care might look like.
Initial consultation/ assessment:
This is where we take the time to understand you and what is going on.
We explore:
• Your health history
• Current concerns
• Lifestyle and goals
A thorough assessment is carried out, including posture, movement, neurological and orthopaedic testing where appropriate.
Follow up/ report findings:
This is where we explain what we have found in a straightforward, logical way, answer your questions, and outline your recommended plan of care.
You will understand:
• What is contributing to your symptoms
• What we can realistically aim to improve
• The proposed frequency and duration of care
• Any exercises or lifestyle support that may help
Together, we then agree on the next steps.
Care phase:
Standard adjustments for your course of care begin.
During your adjustment visits, we focus on improving movement, reducing tension and supporting your nervous system. Throughout your care, you will receive ongoing feedback from Silas. We track your progress, reassess when needed, and check in regularly on how you are feeling and functioning. Care evolves as you do.
Review visit:
At the end of the initial phase of care, we pause to reflect and reassess.
We repeat key measures, review your progress, and evaluate how your body has responded.
From here, we decide together whether to:
• Conclude care
• Continue with a new goal
• Transition to supportive or maintenance care
The aim is always clarity, progress and informed choice.
