Happy International Self Care Day!
This time of year can feel very busy-school holidays, social and family commitments, the pressure to enjoy the summer (ha!). It can really impact our health, physically and mentally.
Self care is important, and doesn't just mean having a massage (although it can be physically relaxing, and mentally empowering to claim some time just for you), even small acts of Self care can have really positive benefits. You could go for a short walk, read for 10 minutes, have a cuppa in the garden or even have a quick 40 winks. It can improve your mood, combat stress and increase your energy.
