I would like to wish everyone a  with the new vaccine being given out to our elderly, vunerable, health staff and every one else as it becomes available let's continue to find time to take walks and have fun outside if you are able, we can hopefully look forward to a beautiful spring and summer.

So today begins a new journey, Covid Swab this morning, ( i was a brave soldier), quarantine until Monday when i have my operation, Spinal Chord Stimulator, the pain in my right hand side i hope will be less and less as the weeks go by, i also hope that i will be able to walk and exercise more which in turn will help to get me a more healthier lifestyle with less pain. Fingers crossed it works, Cup Half Full not Half Empty. Will keep you updated..i will be out of action for about 8 weeks, but please let me know if i can help you around December time..xx
