I think we ALL fell in love with our little visitor today 🐐
Meet Dexter the goat, who is just 4 months old and stole our hearts this afternoon ❤️
So content being cuddled by EVERYONE.

We can’t wait to welcome him back again sometime this year, and see how much he has grown by then.
Thank you ‘Goat Adventures’ for bringing him in to see us, all the way from Taunton 🐐

Our sensory box, guessing game went down a storm yesterday.
‘What’s in the box’ is a great way to stimulate the senses and evoke memories.

Enjoying a sing a long yesterday afternoon, was so lovely to hear the residents voices singing to the songs.
A huge thank you to Neville for taking the time to create these wonderful songbooks for us to use.
And the staff who make these afternoons even more fun for them ❤️

We had such a great cooking club today.
Lots of elements to today’s cheese and tomato pinwheels.
The residents had to grate the cheese, spread the tomato puree over the pastry, and sprinkle the cheese on top… before adding mixed herbs, and cut into thin slices, roll up and thread onto kebab sticks to help them with the cooking process.
These were enjoyed with our afternoon tea and coffee… delicious
