It feels like a reflective kind of day today. I'm thinking about what I need to do for the rest of the week, what's carried over from last week, what challenges are coming up and exciting new projects, amongst other things. One thing I like to do at the end of each day is find gratitude, even if I'm tired in need of putting my feet up haha. That process starts with asking myself the following question "what's made me smile today?".

So I'm asking YOU.... let's have a group gratitude post.

We are all connected. To each other, the Earth and Source. Being kind opens your heart to recognising this in the ways we treat those around us with compassion and non judgement. It also applies to ourselves and being willing to treat ourselves with that same kindness and dignity. If we are willing to be kind to others, shouldn't we be able to extend that courtesy to ourselves? Hmmm, can you allow yourself to be kind to yourself and others today? Just for today.

How do you show up for yourself and others? Doing your work honestly doesn't just relate to your job, it's bigger than that. It's related to being authentic, being mindful and present, taking responsibility for your energy and your effort in all that you are and all that you do, whether it's running errands, having me time, or working for example. It aligns you energetically with your goals and your values, opening the door to opportunities and synchronicities. So, can you show up today for yourself, for those around you, fully, intentionally and honestly? Just for today.

Gratitude; a frequency of alignment with opening our heart to compassion and peace. Who doesn't need that! What if we can be grateful for what we have, and what we are yet to have, as if it's already here? If we send that out into the Universe, and as the Law of Attraction says "like attracts like", imagine what can come back. Oooh, can you spend the day being grateful? Just for today.
