Jack has been working on a Sourdough starter 🍞 and we're excited to see what he bakes 😊

With the dark and wet days drawing in, it's very tempting to keep yourself indoors wrapped up nice and warm.

However, it's just as important to get outside and get some light even when it's cloudy.

2. Efficient Nutrient Intake - Supplying our body with the right amount of calories as well as other nutrients can improve our overall function πŸ—πŸ‰πŸ₯‘

3. Exercise - Improving overall muscle, tendon and ligament strength can greatly reduce the likelihood of injury.
