Moving your body through yoga… why is it so important? 👇🏼
I’m a big believer in movement being medicine, whether this is physically or mentally. When you stretch and move regularly you release endorphins and relieve stress! 🫶🏼
Not only does time on the mat give us space to reflect and find energy, it also takes you away from the everyday challenges and responsibilities.
It’s very easy to think ‘I’m too busy for that, I’ll leave it for today’. However, all you need is 5 minutes… yes that’s right just 5 minutes out of your day to keep your mind & body healthy.

It’s also important to remember that you don’t need to wait until you feel stressed, sore or tired before you do yoga. Instead use yoga as a preventative measure!!
