About Us

Premier Community Services is a dedicated domiciliary care provider within Exmouth, Budleigh and Woodbury, committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals within their own homes. The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Scheduler to join our friendly team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating care visits, ensuring that both our clients and care staff are supported effectively. You will need excellent attention to detail, great communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Whilst your primary focus will be scheduling, we are looking for someone who is also willing to step in and support with care visits when needed, helping to keep our service running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain efficient staff rotas and care schedules
Ensure all visits are allocated appropriately and cover is arranged for absences
Be the first point of contact for carers and clients regarding schedule changes
Provide hands-on care when necessary to ensure continuity of service


About you

Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, or administration (care sector experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided)
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Confident using IT systems and scheduling software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible, reliable, and willing to support both office and care work when required
A genuine passion for helping people and making a positive difference
