After every appointment an automated Friends and Family Test (FFT) gets sent to each patient via SMS. This is a contractual requirement that all GP practices undertake and the first 2 questions are set by NHS England. The FFT allows patients to provide feedback on their experience which can be used to improve our services.

Unfortunately we are still experiencing issues with our phone lines and computer systems. We are unable to take calls at the moment.

Please note that the Mole Clinic scheduled for today has been cancelled. It will now be held next week as usual.
