🌸Dear Lovely Ladies from Exe Pilates🌸
Thank you so much for joining my yoga class last Friday. It was truly wonderful to open my practice to you and share this very special offering together.
I’ve noticed that many of you are looking for different levels of intensity in your practice. Some would like a gentler, mobility-focused session — especially for those recovering from surgery or managing knee issues — while others are ready for a more intermediate flow with deeper release.
✨ Starting in November I’ll be offering two weekly classes:
• Monday 3:30–4:30 PM – Yoga for Mobility (gentle, supportive practice to build flexibility and ease)
• Friday 4:00–5:00 PM – Hatha Yoga (a more dynamic practice with deeper release work and a slightly faster pace)
Both classes will end with a sound element and short relaxation, and both are suitable for beginners.
You can continue booking individual classes throughout November to enjoy the flexibility of Yoga on Demand. From the New Year, I’ll be introducing class blocks and special offers to support regular practice and encourage commitment to your well-being.
🧘 Additional Offerings:
• Friday Morning Meditation – 8:00–8:30 AM
A 30-minute class to ground and centre yourself before the day begins.
• Monthly Sound Baths
Immerse yourself in healing frequencies to realign body and mind on a deep level.
🌿 Next Class:
Join me on Friday, October 17th, 4:00–5:00 PM as we continue this gentle introduction to yoga. It’s a great opportunity for both returning participants and new faces to connect, move, and find your inner calm.
