*Infant Massage classes. From birth to crawling. I run classes which consist of 5 x 1- 1 1/2 hr sessions over 5 weeks.

*swimming - group lessons, 121 lessons, pool parties
* Story Massage I qualified as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) in 2015 with the IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage). I run these courses in Exmouth and the surrounding areas. Courses available are group, 1-2-1, or hosted groups. These classes are beneficial to baby and parent and can help parents/caregivers to bond with the baby. Also may :
- help to improve sleep
- help strengthen immune system
- help relieve wind/colic
- enhance communication

All classes are demonstrated by myself on a realistic doll and the parent/caregiver massages their baby. At no time will anyone else massage your baby. If your baby is asleep you can practice on a doll. also sessions for story massage, tummy time, children's reflexology programme and weleda natural skincare and products

I'm not sure where November went, but here we are on our 4th session of this 5-week IAIM baby massage course. We have had a fun few weeks learning the different strokes. Starting as always with legs and feet, then tummy, chest and arms and finishing off with face and back today.

We are excited to share that Swim Devon and Splashin have partnered with Level Water to offer part funded 1:1 lessons for SEND Swimmers.
For an initial enquiry and details on how this works message Jane on hello@swim-devon.co.uk.
We will have evening sessions on a Wednesday and potentially daytime lessons also.
Our team of Swim Teachers have completed the Level Water SEND training and are ready to go 🏊
