Just a quick reminder about appointments.

This week alone in the past 3 days, I've had 5 clients not turn up for their appointments due to forgetting/ other commitments. I completely understand that life gets busy and things happen; however, it costs me money when an appointment is missed. I have also turned away a few clients who are in huge amounts of pain due to being 'fully booked' and had 5 appointment that could have been used by others (if I had known).

Our policy for cancellation/no shows is:
Cancelling an appointment within 24 hours requires payment in full. Please read the consent form thoroughly. If you are aware of any reason that you may need to cancel or change your appointment, please let me know asap.
If you forget about your appointment or do not turn up on the day, you are liable for 100% of the appointment fee which will required to be paid within 7 days.

I ask for you to double, triple check your appointments. Please book them into your own diaries too - and although you get a reminder 48 hours prior, it is your responsibility to not forget
I hope you understand.

If you have an appointment already booked in and don't know the date or have forgot details, please get in touch with me and we can sort it out.

If you would like to book an appointment in for the future, please get in touch and we can do that for you.

💰 PRICE INCREASE 💰

As part of my commitment to providing you with the highest level of care and services, I’m continuously investing in the latest techniques, equipment and training to support your recovery and performance goals.

To ensure I maintain these standards, there will be a small adjustment to the pricing effective of April 1st 2025.

New prices for each appointment:
Initial Consultation £55
60 minute session £55
45 minute session £45
30 minute session £35

All clients please check your emails as you should have had a few updates over the past few months!

Proud of Lucy and all the work she has been putting in, helping her to get her back to full fitness after an ankle break.

We’ve had endless sessions in the clinic and now we’ve managed to get her back on the grass 🙌🏼

Great efforts along the way 👏🏼 but much more to come!! ⚽️
