What a weekend!! 🌟💚✨It’s taken a few days to land and process just how special, beautiful and powerful the weekend Glasto retreat was ✨🌟🌈

What an amazing group of people, with wide open hearts ❤️

Tears, laughter, sharing, meditating, moving our bodies, working with energy, sound healing, eating delicious food, cacao…and so much more than any of us imagined. We connected on a deep soul level and felt safe enough to be our true selves. That’s not to be underestimated!

Our trip up to the Tor was a gift in itself. A beautiful healing meditation at the top in the rain, cleansing lower frequencies and then out came the sun and an amazing super bright wide rainbow was the most gorgeous icing on our Glasto cake! It felt like real confirmation that the work I do has deep meaning. Not that I need confirmation anymore. I know it and feel it and sooo love what I do!
