2 stone 7lbs to go 🏅

Blood pressure meds :- gone !

Self-loathing.

42 inch waist.

Sleep apnoea.

High blood pressure.

ALL THESE WERE ME PRIOR TO DISCOVERING The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.

I have acquired skills and knowledge that I now utilise to make your weight loss journey fast, smooth and effective!

Food had always been my downfall I love food! I had always struggled to manage the amount of food I consumed I believe this was born out the physiological fear of not liking to be hungry I was a constant grazer.

Thankfully It was then that I found out about The 1:1 Diet.

Initially I was sceptical would I be hungry? If so would I be able to maintain the plan, but by strictly following the guide lines these fears were soon allayed. There was no hunger.

I have now lost 6 STONE* and the above health issues have been completely resolved.Also I have maintained my target Weight for 5 years so can you !

Having experienced this life changing journey I have gained a unique insight into the whole process of weight loss which enables me to offer second to none 1:1SUPPORT. with understanding, compassion and a degree of tough love but also I hope some laughter along the way.

AS A MEMBER OF A MULTI AWARD WINNING TEAM I offer a confidential mobile service visiting clients in their homes or at work. I am also delighted to have now opened a 1:1 Diet Centre at Pure Indulgence Nails 45 The Parade Exmouth EX8 1RD. I am open 10-2pm on Saturdays and other times by appointment.
