Wood therapy is an holistic technique that uses wooden tools. It supports the bodies natural process but is especially known for body contouring, lymphatic drainage breaking down localised fat cells reducing cellulite promoting collagen and elastin production and relieving muscle tension, stress and deep tissue stimulation.

When both methods are combined, it’s a revolutionary full body treatment that has amazing health, well-being and aesthetic benefits.

As my existing clients know, no two treatments with me are ever the same I use my intuition and holistic background to tune into what your body and mind really need and will benefit from, so this may include the use of slower, faster, deeper and lighter movements throughout. Giving you a bespoke treatment.

This type of lymphatic drainage Massage is not the traditional MLD which is light, gentle, slow and very relaxing. Bld & wood therapy is not suitable for lymphoedema, cellulitis and other conditions that we will go over in an in-depth consultation.

Recommended course of 6 for full benefit & results, but results can be seen & felt after first treatment.
