Progress isn’t always loud. And it definitely isn’t always reflected on the scale.

Here’s what those 3 signs actually mean 👇

A high-energy, imaginative class where yoga meets playful kung fu. Think animal poses, gentle martial arts and breathing games — all designed to build strength, balance, focus and confidence.

📅 Starting Monday 2nd March
⏰ 4:30pm
🗓 4-week block: 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd March
👧 Ages 5–11
⏳ 45 minutes
