Ending the therapeutic relationship

I’ve just balled my eyes out (and probably will do many times more), as tonight I said “goodbye for now” to my therapist.

The journey I have been on has been insane and such an incredible one.
As a coach it’s not a surprise how much I value self development and personal growth but the shifts I’ve made have been monumental!!!
And now our journey has come to a close. It’s a celebration but my god I’m going to miss her.

I practise what I preach so if you’re thinking about making some shifts and want a coach who is a bit ‘woo’, but not away with the fairies - I’m your gal.

Expectations and the ‘shoulds’ of Christmas.

This year I wanted ease. Convenience.
So that’s what I did.
It’s simple and beautiful and that’s all I want.

Sod the expectations. Do what YOU want! If you want a big colour coordinated tree do it!
If you can’t be arsed with any of it - don’t!

Choose your tribe!
I was anxious about going ‘out out’ and reverted back to my overthinking ways. Putting expectations on myself. Worried about what others might think.

Then I realised. I chose these people.
I choose who I spend my time with and these ladies would never judge, expect or do anything to make me feel uncomfortable.

It was a great night filled with wonderful, supportive, non judgemental women!
Obviously!!! Coz that’s who I chose!
