You Said - We Did! Meet Our Team……
First up is our lovely Carol!
Carol is one of our Activities Coordinators, she joined us in November 2025, and what an impact she has made. Carol has a background in Young Adults with Learning Disabilities and has a passion for inclusion and independence for our residents.
Carol is a keen gardener aswell as an amazing artist. She enjoys walking her dog and’s is immensely proud of her family, with her 3 boys at the heart of family time and with 9 grandchildren she is as busy at home as she is at work!

Today is Founders Day, also known as World Thinking Day. A day the Girl Guide Association and Scouting Association come together to remember their Founder Robert Baden-Powell. Scouting and Guiding teach valuable life skills, lots of our residents have been involved either as cubs, scouts, brownies or guides themselves or taking their children along to be part of those activities.
We plan to spend some time thinking about how we can ‘Do our Best’ today! As well as memories of Bob a job week.
