In Our Nature Offering Gong Baths in the Berwickshire, North Northumberland and East Lothian. Hi, I'm Liza Cole.

I have been fortunate enough to work in the field of nature conservation and countryside management for the last 30 years. During that time I have accumulated a huge amount of knowledge and experience; and I have worked in, lived in and looked after some truly fabulous places like the Elan Valley (Mid-Wales), Lundy (North Devon) and St Abb's Head (East Berwickshire). However, in recent years I have spend more time in the office and less time out and about enjoying nature and sharing my love for it with others. The financial crisis brought about by Covid 19 resulted in me being made redundant from my job at St Abbs, and so I am taking this as an opportunity to return to doing the stuff I like the best - and so In Our Nature was born! I offer nature tours, talks and training alongside countryside advice and services.

I love to share the gong magic and have a saying, "have gongs, will travel". I first met Lois from MOVE It Fitness and Personal Training around Easter time when I ran a gong bath as part of a retreat she was running at A Little Breathing Space at Cove. She invited me to come share my lovely instruments with folk at a retreat on her home patch at Blair Drummond, and today I did. What a lovely session. 😍
