Dougall
(Eyemouth)
The family of the late June Dougall extend grateful thanks to everyone who has helped and supported them at this sad time. To those people who have shared their memories of June, sent cards, letters, online messages, and beautiful flowers, and attended her funeral service, their kind words and presence have been a great comfort.
The family is also extremely grateful to the Scottish Ambulance Service, and A&E and Ward 6 Staff at Borders General Hospital for their care of June in her final days. Equally, the family is indebted to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Eyemouth Health Centre and Day Hospital, G & A Home Care Service, and the Adult Social Care team at Scottish Borders Council – who all contributed to June being able to live at home until her last few days.
Many thanks also to the Rev’d Andy Haddow for his comforting service, to Callum Wright for his inspiring organ music, to the Eyemouth Fishermen’s Choir for their wonderful rendering of “Go Now in Peace” at the service, and to David Martin Funeral Directors for their assistance and sensitive service.
Final thanks are extended to all those people who gave so generously to the collection which was in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
