Let's start this with my lovely Lisa who lost over 3 stone and smashed her target back in March 🎯

She has kept in touch since going on to maintenence and has loved showing me old denim shorts that are hanging off her to new ripped jeans looking 🔥🔥

Lisa started on step 2 but found her groove on step 3 🤗 and if I remember correctly the fruit and nut bars kept her on track 😋

She is so deserving of this mention and she is a true inspiration 🩷👏

You do not need to be perfect this month. You just need to be intentional.
If you can stay on plan when you can, you’re already winning. Every good choice still counts in December — don’t write the whole month off because of one meal, one night, or one slip.

💡 Create that deficit like a boss before a night out.
You’re not “being naughty” — you’re being strategic. Bank those calories, enjoy your night, wake up without the guilt hangover. That’s balance. That’s control. That’s growth.

Remember:

One night out doesn’t undo consistent effort

One off-plan meal doesn’t define your journey

December doesn’t get to steal your confidence

You are still that person with goals.
You are still capable.
You are still in charge.

Enjoy the celebrations — but don’t ghost the version of you that started this for a reason. Let’s go into January proud, not panicked. 💪✨

which can bring with it immense pressure. If you are overweight and feeling frustrated with your size the thought of feeling unhappy with how you look at Christmas is enough to drive you to the biscuit tin rather than your products.

It is VERY COMMON for people who feel stressed out about their weight to eat more. The pressure to lose those pounds can make us feel overwhelmed and do ourselves more damage. It can be a vicious circle and make us feel out of control and helpless. If you feel like this, then take some time out to do something different so you can take control and feel empowered and motivated.

🎄What is important to you?
🎄What do you want to be wearing?
🎄How do you want to be feeling?

Create your vision of something that is really special to you; a vision that gives you that little butterfly feeling of excitement in your tummy. Everyone’s vision will be unique to them. Get clear on your vision. If you can create a vision board and look at everyday this will help you to stay focused on your goal.
