Losing a fabulous 2.5st since joining in January this year, Fiona is one of our latest members to achieve their Personal Achievement Target Award in our Laurieston Saturday morning Group, 🎯💪🥳. Fiona said

“My weight had been gradually increasing over the past couple of years, but I hadn’t really appreciated how much additional weight I was actually carrying. I’d never have believed that, in just a few months, changing my relationship with food would make such a massive difference to my life. I feel so much better, have energy and I don’t even mind getting my photo taken now!! The support I’ve received from Group each week has been fantastic. They’re a great bunch of people I now regard as my friends, and I’m looking forward to receiving their continued support and friendship as I embark on this new part of my journey to stay slim for life”.
