As our final Friday morning yoga class for the year concludes, I’m filled with gratitude for this wonderful community. It’s been amazing to connect, breathe, and grow with you all💕

Look forward to the new year and what new opportunities open up for you. The new year is the perfect time for new beginnings and renewed intentions. Let’s make January a time to refresh our practice and reconnect with ourselves.Mark your calendars! Our Friday morning classes will resume on the 9th of January here in The Ettrick Dochart Community Hall Hallglen 10am-11am. There is no yoga experience or specific requirements to come along and join a class and experience what yoga can offer you.

This Friday is our last class of this year in The Ettrick Dochart Community Hall. There will be no classes here over december.
I will be in Bailliefields community hub on Monday 1st & 8th of december 6.30pm-7.30pm before taking a break over the festive season. Thanks for all your encouragement & support. Let’s see where 2026 takes us.✨

✨️🙏 lovely to see things like this again. I volunteered with FDAMH around 5 years ago doing something similar. We met with a few cafe owners in Falkirk who were very open and inclusive to what we called share my table.
A wee blether and a friendly face can really shine some light into some else's journey. ✨️

Christmas can often be a difficult time, particularly for people who are experiencing loneliness.

This Christmas, we're encouraging people to because for some, a simple conversation could mean everything.

We're sending out FREE "I'm Happy To Chat" table signs to cafes across the UK to help spark conversation, spread connection and tackle loneliness head on.
