**UPDATE**

Apologies for the lack of information recently, the last couple of months have been a bit mental.
I want to provide an update regarding the 'nutritionist led running group'.

Due to unforeseen circumstances i had to put off the launch of the group as planned earlier in the year.
I have since decided that i will be launching it in Spring 2022 as the weather is getting colder and the nights are getting darker now so it would make more logical sense to get it started when the weather starts improving again and we will have the full spring and summer next year to smash your goals without interruption from adverse weather.

I will continue to post on this page with information regarding the group, so feel free to get involved and invite your friends.

I look forward to help you all next year 🏃‍♀️💪

LETS DO THIS! 💪🏃

I was hoping to have a workshop to explain how everything is going to work but Covid restrictions have still managed to mess that up. So instead of waiting i have decided to do free taster sessions instead.

I am pleased to finally be able to announce the dates for these free taster sessions for the 'On The Run Nutrition' group.
The aim of this group is to combine running fitness with professional nutrition support to provide a full package those looking to lose weight, get fitter or just improve general health.
These will be aimed towards beginner and moderate runners.

Before you can join me for a run, I require you to complete a few things for health & safety and insurance purposes, so booking is essential so i can make sure everyone has completed these.

I was hoping to host an official launch event to provide details about what is going on. However, current restrictions don't allow me to do this.
Instead I am going to be hosting a free taster running session, followed by a little discussion to explain the nutrition side of things.

If you are interested, drop me a message and I will add your name to the list. Numbers will be limited so make sure you are quick to avoid missing out.

As part of your 'On The Run Nutrition' membership, you will get access to a state of the art meal tracking app. This is linked DIRECTLY to me, which allows me to keep an eye on what you are consuming and provide you with feedback, advice and general guidance wherever necessary. More importantly, it allows me to enusre what you are logging is accurate. A big issue with tracking your own calories is that people can often mis-report what the foods they are eating which can make a big difference to the results and your overall goals. E.g. If you said you had 200g of pasta. Was this dry weight or cooked weight? This would be a difference of 347kcal which is slightly more than a medium McDonalds fries!

As well as this, there are some other really cool features which males it stand out ahead of any other apps.

Reminders about anything from a training session to sending me some information.
