My name is Barbora. I’m 32 and my roles include being mother, daughter, sister, therapist and friend.
I’m a massage specialist, Reiki teacher, Somatic Trauma Therapist (Somatic Experiencing - body focused therapy) based in Falkirk.
Over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with people from many different walks of life, including individuals who hold influential roles in society, as well as those quietly navigating personal challenges and trauma.
My work combines therapeutic massage including Myofascial release, Oncology, Deep tissue, lymphatic massage drainage and maderotherapy, Pregnancy massage…just as well as Reiki energy work and trauma-aware support. Each session is tailored with care, respect and understanding to your needs and wants.
My experience comes not only from training, but also from my own personal growth and healing journey which brings my treatments to completely different level of understanding my clients. Life short lived but rich in experience.
I continue to learn, connect with the community and find new ways to support emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
There is never pressure here at Alignment Therapy.
Some people come regularly, others return when the time feels right and everyone is welcome.
