Sorry i need to be more strict with my policies.
This week alone there have been 3 customers who have not attended for there appointment. Doesn't sound like much but since I only work 3 days per week in the salon its a lot.
Not just in terms of money but also in time. That 3 hours of potential treatments.
I understand that life happens and things come up, but sorry just forgetting or double booking yourself should not affect my small business. Its hard enough to sustain a business in this current climate.
So just a reminder I do have an deposit policy and it will be envoked from now on.
