Fiona Douglas, Transitions Co-ordinator from the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership is hosting monthly Drop-in Cafés in the Carers Centre (1a Bank Street, Falkirk). You can drop in 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝟏𝟎 𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟏𝐩𝐦 on the dates below with questions or for a chat.

❗𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝟏𝟒-𝟐𝟓 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐒𝐍 in the Falkirk area, who are registered with the Carers Centre.
