🦴OUR NEW OSTEO CIRCUIT CLASSES start next week! LAST CHANCE TO BOOK!🦴

👉These sessions will be specifically designed for people living with osteoporosis, with the aim of building strength, improving bone density and enhancing overall function in a safe, supportive, and professional environment.

Our Chartered Physiotherapists, Morven and Stefan have been fully trained in the Canadian Osteo Circuit programme and we are looking forward to bringing these classes to you.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COURSE:

✳️ Strength and balance testing – 1 hour
✳️ Private physio session with either Morven or Stefan – 1 hour
✳️ 5 x Osteo Circuit classes

🎯 Introductory price: £190

CLASS DETAILS:

Time: 1:15pm to 2:15pm
Start date: Friday, 1 May 2026

As these is our first intake, the class will have LIMITED NUMBERS and the bundle will consist of 5 classes.

What is Plantar Fasciitis? 👣 This is one of the most common causes of heel pain 👟

It happens when the plantar fascia - a thick band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot - becomes irritated or overloaded.

🔎 What does it feel like?

* Sharp pain in the heel
* Worse with your first steps in the morning
* Pain after long periods of standing or walking
* Tenderness along the bottom of the foot

🤗What a weekend….

Energetic, engaging, enjoyable and exhausting….. and just like that it was Monday and we get to reflect, refine and put it all into practice.

Thanks everyone for your enthusiasm and for really embracing the Pilates method.

🎶🎶If you go out down in the woods today you never know what you will find……

Thanks to everyone who joined our Walk with a Physio in the stunning surrounds of Callendar park in Falkirk.

Our April challenge was to be AWARE and share something we would not have seen and something we would not have heard had we not come along.

Some who joined are new to the area and had never been ( they were impressed and will be back🤗), others hadn’t been since childhood ( great hearing their stories), while some of us walk there regularly and enjoyed the opportunity for different company and chat.
