🦴NEW OSTEO CIRCUIT CLASSES at Life Fit Wellness 🦴

👉These sessions will be specifically designed for people living with osteoporosis, with the aim of building strength, improving bone density and enhancing overall function in a safe, supportive, and professional environment.

Our Chartered Physiotherapists, Morven and Stefan have been fully trained in the Canadian Osteo Circuit programme and we are looking forward to bringing these classes to you.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COURSE:

✳️ Strength and balance testing – 1 hour
✳️ Private physio session with either Morven or Stefan – 1 hour
✳️ 5 x Osteo Circuit classes

🎯 Introductory price: £190

Time: 1:15pm to 2:15pm

Life Fit are proud partners of Scottish Archery and last night, Stewart & Stefan were delighted to attend their Awards Ceremony Dinner.

We were honoured to sponsor the Archer of the Year category with the award going to the phenomenal Nathan MacQueen.

It was inspiring the hear about all the wonderful volunteers and a true sense of community and inclusion within Scottish Archery and it is clear the sport will go from strength to strength.
